HVAC Technician
CDD, NCA, Inc. is looking to fill a maintenance position with a candidate that is HVAC certified. This is a full time, hourly position.
- Responsible for performing residential HVAC maintenance and/or service.
- Will provide maintenance to facilities to include general minor repairs, basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, maintenance of machinery, etc.
- Provide preventative maintenance checks and report needed repairs to appropriate supervisor.
- Provide as needed maintenance of grounds at various company sites.
- Order, purchase and/or pick up supplies for needed repairs.
- Pick up and deliver materials, goods, and vehicles as needed.
- Weekends and after hours as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis.
- Company vehicle is provided.
QUALIFICATIONS: HVAC certification is required. The ability to follow written and oral instructions. Basic computer skills are required. Experience in facility maintenance is required. Valid Alabama driver’s license with good driving record.
Pay is based on experience and certifications.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
