CDD, NCA, Inc. is looking to hire a Direct Support Professionals for our Community Experience Program. The goal of this program is to provide an inclusive, stimulating environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to learn daily living skills, socialize with others, stay engaged with their community and provide opportunities for learning and creativity.

This Direct Support position requires experience with individuals with disabilities and will involve taking small groups of individuals with disabilities into the community to help them experience new things, have fun, learn safety awareness, while staying involved in their community. Company vehicle provided while on the job. Must possess outgoing and friendly characteristics with excellent communication skills.
1ST SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY
Pay: $13 per hour
Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, a clear driving record, clear criminal background (meet DMH standards) and be drug free.
