The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM accredited, 100% employee-owned sleep center currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to support cross‑departmental initiatives, lead process improvements, and drive key operational projects. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, oversees the daily operational activities of the organization, and plays a critical part in supporting operational growth and performance.
Travel throughout the Chicagoland area is required - this role is primarily based out of Orland Park, Naperville, and Mokena, IL. However, travel to all CFSM locations as needed will be required.
Typical hours are Monday - Thursday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high‑impact projects across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Oversee daily operations across Billing, Accounting, Marketing, and Shipping.
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to efficiency, quality, and communication.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental workflows to support accurate billing, inventory, and product distribution.
- Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and organizational planning.
- Coordinate special initiatives, including new programs, compliance projects, and performance metrics.
- Oversee inventory management, distribution, and facility layout processes.
- Serve as a resource for cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Experience
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience in healthcare, operations, or business management preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior experience in project management, operations, or leadership roles strongly preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare management strongly preferred

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
