The Center for Sleep Medicine, a progressive, AASM accredited, 100% employee-owned medical facility is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Director of Administration to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee financial planning, administrative operations, and strategic initiatives to support our company’s growth.
Travel throughout the Chicagoland area is required - this role is primarily based out of Naperville, IL.
However, travel to all CFSM locations as needed will be required.
Typical hours are Monday - Thursday (8 AM to 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and financial strategies.
- Ensure operational efficiency by implementing and improving processes.
- Oversee and enforce company policies and compliance.
- Lead and support administrative teams to meet organizational goals.
- Provide key performance and financial reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning, allocation, and management.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and lead diverse teams.
- Proven leadership experience in financial and administrative roles.
- Medical Field Experience a plus

This pay range reflects the Company's current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
