What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Building & Lawn Maintenance Worker position at The Center for Counseling & Consultation?
This position expects a worker who is able to work up to 19 hrs a week for a Mental Health Facility to maintain the building, grounds, and equipment. The primary responsibility is for 1 location/building; however, we have multiple locations/buildings and another Maintenance worker whom may request assistance or be available for assistance on duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Building Maintenance and repair within the agency as needed, both inside and outside
- Lawn, sidewalk, and parking area maintenance
- Cleaning and painting, as needed, inside and outside
- Assist in obtaining needed building and maintenance supplies as requested.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Background void of issues related to abuse or neglect
- Valid Kansas driver’s license with favorable record
- Minimal travel to satellite office in Lyons, KS; Stafford, KS; Larned, KS
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work outside, performing exterior building maintenance, yard, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance
- High School diploma or equivalent
