What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Lawn Care/Landscape Team Member (Full Time) position at Four Star Lawn Care?

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, detailed oriented, positive, & energetic lawn care team member.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay overtime
- Weekly pay period
- Year round employement (No lay offs in the winter)

Requirements:
- Recommended 1 year experience with a lawn mowing or landscaping crew
- Valid D.L. & clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 pm
- NO WEEKENDS
Performance skills:
- Use Toro Grandstand (zero turn mowers), use trimmer, edger, and blowers to successfully and professionally cut residential and commercial properties
- Tasks include but not limited to: mowing, trimming, edging, shrub trimming, leaf cleanups, removing/installing plants & mulch. General lawn and landscaping maintenance task.
- Be able to work outside in extreme heat or cold.
- Be able to use technology to track & complete your jobs
- Report to office daily
- Lift/carry up to 50lbs - Load and Unload truck/equipment/ materials
- Follow directions & systems within the company
- Communicate with residential clients in a professional manner
- Maintain and clean equipment used end of week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
