Clinical coordinators are responsible for the management, supervision, and support of treatment teams, the development and maintenance of community partnerships and referral relationships, and client advocacy needs. Additionally, clinical coordinators provide support to the regional director and the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) in relation to program-specific decisions and direction.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work
- Possess or be working toward the following:
- status as a licensed mental health professional with the appropriate state board
- approved supervisor status with the appropriate state board
- High standard of personal integrity and work ethic
- Ability to adjust to various types of tasks and work cooperatively with different types of personalities
- Thorough understanding of The Center and its therapeutic services division and an intimate knowledge of program-specific policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Commitment to The Center’s core values and mission
- Coordinate, develop, and implement administrative services, including but not limited to the referral process, community partnerships, billing processes, case advocacy, and contract services
- Manage caseload of all clinicians under supervision, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of services, including processing discharge summaries, assigning new cases, reviewing and approving treatment plans, and evaluating safety plans to ensure client wellbeing
- Review clinician notes for accuracy and completion
- Review, approve, and submit clinicians’ weekly invoices in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist appropriate director(s) and executive(s) with public relations with local and regional community partners and referral sources
- Collaborate with individual community partners and manage staff involvement and interactions with supportive agencies
- Assist regional director in program development and other daily duties
- Interview, hire, retain, and train staff
- Prepare and distribute assigned documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- Manage and implement direct client services provided in the FFT-CW program, including but not limited to clinical case supervision of therapy team
- Maintain relationship with FFT, LLC consultant and adhere to expectation outlined by FFT, LLC
- Maintain awareness and sensitivity to service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and integrate this into supervision of clinical staff and client care
