Overview

Join our dynamic behavioral health team as a Clinical Therapy Supervisor, where you will lead and inspire a team of licensed clinicians dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health and behavioral care. Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed therapists (LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LCSW-S), ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Manage crisis intervention efforts, including crisis management protocols and emergency response coordination to ensure client safety.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and electronic health records (EHR/EHR management).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management services and facilitate communication with families, schools (special education), and community resources.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development through clinical research participation, data collection, quality assurance activities, and staying current with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with disabilities—including autism spectrum disorder—and diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques such as psychotherapy, social work principles, diagnostic evaluation, and case management.
  • Expertise in crisis management, crisis intervention strategies, and working effectively under pressure in hospital or community settings.
  • Skilled in behavioral health modalities including behavioral management strategies and working with individuals with neurodevelopmental or co-occurring disorders.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, family collaboration, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary team leadership.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation and medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while fostering a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
