Your Role
As Nurse Manager, you will lead a 30-bed rehabilitation and long-term care neighborhood , ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical operations and staff performance
- Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence, and resident-centered care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
- Mentor and support nursing staff in professional development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Maine RN license
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to exceptional resident care
- Availability for on-call rotation
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
