Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and efficient call handling
- Maintain the front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to ensure a tidy and organized workspace
- Oversee calendar management for appointments and meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across various platforms to boost brand visibility and community engagement
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries; respond promptly to foster positive interactions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support office management and financial record keeping
