What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Teacher - St Petersburg Catholic High School position at The Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg?
St. Petersburg Catholic High School is currently accepting applications for substitute teaching positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualified candidates must have a college degree from an accredited college or university. Candidates with experience in educational settings as former classroom teachers, classroom aides, or prior substitute teaching experience are preferred.
Candidates must successfully complete a level II background screening as well as all Diocese of St. Petersburg mandated trainings (these trainings are done online at no cost to prospective candidates).
Interested candidates should complete the online application process including uploading all requested documents. Once candidates have submitted all requested documentation, interviews will be scheduled. Training and an orientation will be provided to ensure candidates successfully integrate into our school community.
