Position Summary:
St. Petersburg Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Bowling Coach to support our student-athletes during the fall bowling season. This individual will work closely with the Head Coach to help lead practices, develop skills, and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit within our bowling program.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting practices, skill drills, and team meetings.

Provide individual and group instruction focused on fundamental and advanced bowling techniques.

Support the Head Coach in developing game strategies and preparing athletes for competitions.

Supervise student-athletes during practices, matches, and off-site events.

Help manage team equipment, uniforms, and lane reservations.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members at all times.

Serve as a positive role model, promoting leadership, discipline, and strong character.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications:

Previous coaching or competitive bowling experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Commitment to the mission and values of St. Petersburg Catholic High School.

Must be available for after-school practices and match schedules.

Must complete all required Diocese and FHSAA certifications, Level II background screenings, and trainings prior to the season.
