Job outline: Jesuit is seeking a candidate for a 12 month, full-time administrative professional as the school Registrar. The Registrar works closely with school administration managing the academic database. The primary duties of the Registrar include user support through generating customized reports, data management, and various other tasks determined by the administration. The Registrar reports directly to the Assistant Principal for Academics.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- A preferred candidate will have related experience in an academic environment.
- Bachelors degree.
- Level II Background Screening
Expected Start Date: January 2025
