Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in Oak Brook, IL as an Event Marketing & Brand Representative.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers inside established retail locations while supporting a variety of client marketing and sales campaigns. Team members help increase brand awareness, introduce customers to available products and services, and create positive face-to-face customer experiences.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, brand representation, and leadership. Paid training and ongoing development are provided.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands directly inside established retail locations
- Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
- Support a variety of client marketing and promotional campaigns
- Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and introduce appropriate solutions
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales initiatives
- Maintain strong product and campaign knowledge
- Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign goals
- Help create a positive and professional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, product, and leadership training
