Car Keys Sales Management Trainee
We are actively hiring and training the right individual for our Car Key Sales Management Trainee role in Chicago. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn technical skills, grow in a fast-paced industry, and step into a long-term leadership path.
Included Locations: Mt. Prospect, Glenview, Schaumburg, Lake Zurich, Lake in the Hills, and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:
- Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and key fobs
- Troubleshoot and resolve key-related issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and apply proven sales techniques
- Accurately enter customer and sales data into partner systems
- Manage inventory and keep detailed service records
- Work independently across multiple Chicago-area retail store locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Availability to work weekends & retail based hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to and from the included locations (see above)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and getting in/out of vehicles
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Interest in career development and leadership training
