Resident Assistant
PRN (1st & 3rd Shift)
8 Hour Shifts
The Carriages of Rivergate is growing our TEAM and we are currently looking for people who have a passion for serving older adults. We are seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to work alongside a talented and focused nursing TEAM who enjoy working together and love serving our Residents.
The Resident assistant group is TEAM motivated and pride themselves on providing compassionate, person-centered care to our Residents.

What We Offer
Full-time employees receive:
Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication reminders, treatments and other care while encouraging selfcare and independence.
Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans.
Assists Residents moving in and out, as assigned.
Assists with laundry service.
Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
Maintains clean, neat, comfortable safe environment for Residents, staff and visitors, including housekeeping services for Residents.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience
a CNA certification is preferred.
A full criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia training is preferred, but not required.
