Summary
The Technicians are the face of the company, likely being the only person the customer sees in many cases. This position works with the communications coordinator and other technicians to complete the
CCC operations system and mission. Some of the technician’s specific responsibilities are job preparation, customer satisfaction guaranteed, CCC cleaning process, customer service, estimates, invoicing, equipment maintenance, ect. The technician will be able to utilize his or her strong attributes in communication, attention to detail, organization, customer service, managing expectations, problem solving, and character. This position is vital to the reputation and overall success of the entire company.
Primary Tasks
- Preparation for the jobs
- Make sure calendar availability is correct at all times
- Read Job details the day before and before arrival
- Van and equipment are stocked and ready (if in possession)
- Communicate with other technician for meeting spots
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Introduction undersell-overdeliver
- Confirm job details are correct and do a detailed walkthrough inspection
- Look for opportunities to add value
- CCC Cleaning Process
- Be able articulate cleaning process to customer

- Dry soil extraction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
