Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning
Christiansburg, VA | Salary Position | $48,000/year
We’re hiring ONE Operations Manager to oversee one of our largest accounts and a small group of supporting buildings.
This is a leadership role, not a desk job and not just a cleaning position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing one of our largest account (3–5 employees)
- Leading and holding staff accountable — young and experienced
- Enforcing company policies respectfully and consistently
- Conducting internal inspections using our inspection app
- Managing inventory across multiple buildings
- Training reinforcement and on-site coaching
- Coordinating coverage for call-outs or vacations
- Occasionally filling in to clean if there’s a gap (not the norm)
- Light office/admin work (~10% of time)
Primary hours are daytime.
Evening work only as needed to protect service — not routine.

Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $48,000 per year
- Health & Dental Insurance:
Available after 90 days
(You choose your plan; we reimburse 50% of the monthly premium, capped at 50% and not to exceed $300 reimbursement)
