The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN assists the Director of Nursing as a member of the administrative team of our facility and as such participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital when DON is not able to.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
- Current CPR and ACLS certification required
- LTAC experience preferred, but not necessary
- Must have experience with respiratory patients and ventilators
