Duties include:
- Review vendor invoices, verifying proper approvals, and process invoices for payment.
- Ensure approval levels of all invoices.
- Ensure invoices and employee reimbursements are paid accurately and timely.
- Responsible for the disbursement of invoice checks
- Review Accounts Payable for missing invoices
- Resolve any vendor discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- At least one year of medical experience, home health or hospice experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheets is essential.
- Experience using Bill.com preferred.
- Must be detail-focused, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
