Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing between 1 and 8 employees at a time
- Assigning duties to employees as needed to ensure smooth F&B operations
- Training new employees on F&B operations
- Providing employees with recognition and feedback throughout shifts
- Resolving customer requests and other issues that arise during shifts
- Assisting other employees when help is needed
- Communicating with managers to facilitate smooth shift transitions
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in food service
- Familiarity with food service POS systems
- Track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player
- Commitment to follow food safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in food service
- 1 years of experience supervising others
- Food safety certification
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities may include supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel.
