What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously improve all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the plant
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and leadership to embed safety into daily operations
- Champion a proactive safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement
- Oversee incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions, ensuring root cause resolution
- Drive regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and environmental programs
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and workers’ comp carriers
- Lead emergency preparedness and response programs, including training and drills
- Develop and mentor EHS team members while influencing leaders across the site
- Collaborate with other facilities to share best practices and elevate standards company-wide
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of EHS experience within food, beverage, or manufacturing environments
- Proven experience leading EHS at the plant level (5 years in a leadership role)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance programs
- Experience with Cal/OSHA
- A hands-on leader who can be both strategic and visible on the floor
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels—from operators to senior leadership
Salary range
$110,000 - $130,000, bonus opportunity, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, paid time off and company holidays provided. *This compensation range reflects the company's expectations for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, alignment with role responsibilities, education, demonstrated skills, and performance during the interview process.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
