Pay: $80,000 - $200,000 per year (Base Salary Profit Sharing Component)

Job Description:

The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of the local CareCo office. This role requires someone who can build authentic community relationships and grow a client pipeline while also overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep an office performing at a high level: staffing, care delivery, team development, and compliance.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in sales or business development and meaningful experience leading a team. The ideal candidate is energized by building relationships in the community and equally capable of managing the operational details that keep an office running well. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, hold a standard, and take ownership of results.

What are the major roles & responsibilities?

Sales & Community Development

  • Actively prospect, develop, and maintain referral partnerships with home health agencies, discharge planners, VA case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through client conversion, maintaining accountability to weekly and monthly activity metrics.
  • Conduct regular in-person marketing visits and client intake assessments in the community. This is not primarily a desk job.

Operations & Care Delivery

  • Oversee all aspects of local office operations, including scheduling, staffing, compliance, and quality of care.
  • Create comprehensive care plans and schedules for each client that prioritize their unique needs and ensure consistent caregiving relationships.
  • Support the staffing process to ensure coverage and care continuity stepping in as needed to resolve challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal regulations, company policies, and licensure requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers and administrative staff who are a strong fir for company culture and client needs.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members, holding them to a clear standard while creating an environment where they can grow.
  • Manage office performance through regular review of financial and operational data, making informed decisions to drive profitability.

Organizational Alignment

  • Partner closely with CareCo’s Leadership Team to align local operations with company-wide goals and share regular performance updates.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for the local office, identifying opportunities to improve operations and accelerate growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Operates with the highest level of integrity in how they lead their team, represent the company, and serve clients and their families. Families are trusting us with the people they love most, and that responsibility must be taken seriously.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, business development, or a relationship-driven role. The industry matters less than the ability to build a pipeline and close new business.
  • Experience leading and developing a team, holding people to a clear standard and supporting their growth.
  • Has owned a number. a P&L, a budget, a revenue target, or a budget where the results were their responsibility.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and in person, whether with a hospital discharge planner, a family navigating a difficult caregiving situation, or a caregiver who needs support.
  • Solves problems independently. When something is unclear or goes wrong, they investigate and resolve it rather than waiting for direction.
  • Comfortable navigating software platforms or basic spreadsheets. Technology does not need to be a primary strength, but it shouldn't be a barrier.
  • 2 years of operational, business, or organizational administration experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
