Job Title: Power Valve Product Strategy / Engineering Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional in the Power Valve domain to lead product strategy and technical development for global power generation markets. This role supports applications across ultra-supercritical coal, CCGT, and pumped-storage hydropower plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product roadmap for power valve portfolio
• Define product specifications, performance standards, and interfaces
• Lead development of high-end valves (high-pressure, high-temperature, emergency shut-off)
• Work closely with global OEMs, EPCs, and engineering firms
• Translate market and operational requirements into technical solutions
• Drive compliance with international standards (ASME, API, EN, VGB)
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Energy / Materials Engineering
• 8 years of experience in valve industry
• Strong exposure to power plant valve systems
• Experience in product engineering, valve design, or product strategy
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of ASME B16.34, API standards, EN 12952, VGB
• Experience with valve sizing, sealing design, and lifecycle assessment
• Material expertise (P91, P92, WC6, WC9, HVOF coatings)
• Understanding of high-pressure and high-temperature applications
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with ultra-supercritical coal, CCGT, or hydropower plants
• Exposure to international projects and certifications
