Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
- Promote valve repair, maintenance, and field service solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities within oil & gas and industrial markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness and solutionbased support
- Manage and prioritize sales activities within assigned region
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Partner with Operations to ensure successful execution of customer work
- Align customer expectations with company capabilities
- Support coordination between sales and service teams
- Maintain consistent followup, reporting, and pipeline management
- Support structured sales processes and forecasting
- Contribute to overall commercial strategy and growth initiatives
