What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients in Kent & Ionia counties.
  • Travel within a defined territory with mileage reimbursed
  • Work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed or registered in the state in which they currently practice
  • Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
  • Completed health statements acknowledging the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Proof of current automobile insurance.
  • TB testing per agency policy

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduated from an approved training and competency course.

ETHICS, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND POLICY COMPLIANCE

  • Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy, and core values.
  • Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including, but not limited to, those related to patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety, and emergency management.
  • Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
