EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE

If you do not have previous Automotive BDC experience, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who already understands internet leads, appointment setting, CRM follow-up, and customer communication.
We are a fast-growing independent dealership looking for an experienced BDC Representative who knows how to turn leads into appointments and appointments into sold vehicles.
Your job is simple: keep the phones ringing, the CRM moving, and the showroom full.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally
- Handle inbound phone calls and online inquiries
- Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up consistently with unsold customers
- Re-engage older leads and lost opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and task completion
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive BDC experience is REQUIRED
- Experience using dealership CRMs
- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
