Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and requirements.
- Showcase Volkswagen vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the performance of Volkswagen vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and purchase agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Volkswagen vehicles in the marketplace.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1 years of Automotive Sales experience in a dealership.
- Experience with the Volkswagen brand a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
