As an Internet Consultant, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and a key player in creating a super purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine service to any customer who inquires online or in store.

Core Responsibilities
- Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
- Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
- Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
- Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
- Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
- Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
- Previous Internet Sales experience (required)
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
