We are a high-volume Honda dealership seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to handle a large volume of online leads. This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone who excels at lead response, appointment setting, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

We are a high-volume Honda dealership seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to handle a large volume of online leads. This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for someone who excels at lead response, appointment setting, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and digital leads
- Handle a high daily lead volume with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Convert leads into appointments and sold units
- Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
- Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Work closely with desk managers to close deals
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience from first contact through delivery
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals for appointments, shows, and sales
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- Automotive Sales experience required
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Honda experience a plus, but not required
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-lead-volume environment
- Comfortable working leads from start to finish
- CRM experience (CDK, VinSolutions, Elead, Tekion, etc.)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Strong time management and follow-up discipline
