You’ll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves Hyundai / Genesis reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose mechanical issues, recommended and safety-oriented, and fix them correctly the first time
- Administer multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
- Service transmissions, air-conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more
- Replace radiators and head gaskets
- Deliver guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
- Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
- Keep work station clean at all times
- Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience at an Automotive School or Program a plus
- Prior dealership experience required
- Hyundai Certified, Factory Trained, and ASE certificates preferred
