Honda/VW Internet Salesperson

Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: Commission Based (Top Performers can earn upwards of $170K)

We are a fast-paced, customer focused dealership built on strong core values, looking for a motivated and driven Internet Sales Representative to join our team. This is a performance-based role for individuals who are competitive, accountable and thrive in a high energy sales environment. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will handle all incoming internet leads, work directly with our BDC team and take full ownership of your customer- from initial contact to final sale.

Schedule: Must have availability from Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 8:30 PM and Sunday's from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Two days off during the week.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads quickly and efficiently
• Take ownership of your leads from initial contact through after-sale
• Maintain daily CRM and proven Internet Process
• Work directly with BDC time to manager customer database
• Serve as a customer and dealership advocate while driving results
• Meeting required performance expectations (units and closing %)
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive, goal driven mindset
• High level of accountability for performance and results
