- Currently offering a sign-on bonus based on certifications and experience*
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across all vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, brakes, suspension, A/C).
- Solve complex problems and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests.
- Document repair work accurately and communicate with service advisors and customers.
- Mentor other technicians and maintain proficiency with technical updates and certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience in a dealership.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians.
