Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the CFO
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CFO
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the CFO organized and on schedule
- Support special projects and cross-functional coordination as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Professional, discreet, and composed under pressure
- Experience in automotive, finance, or multi-location organizations a plus
