Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead all practices, rehearsals, and performances for the Middle School dance team
Teach fundamental and intermediate dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills
Develop routines for school events, athletic games, and potential competitions
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong sense of commitment among student-athletes
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and performances
Collaborate with the Athletics Department on scheduling, communication, and program development
Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, families, and school staff
Support and uphold Canterbury School’s mission, values, and community standards
Assist with uniform management, music selection, and event preparation
