Provide ongoing coaching and performance management. Operates within established budgetary guidelinesResident & Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address concerns promptly and creates a positive, inclusive community environment. Financial Management: Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
