What You'll Do:
Work qualified leads provided daily (no cold calling)
- Present and close property insurance policies under the Louisiana Citizens program
- Educate homeowners on coverage options, deductibles, and policy differences
- Follow up promptly and professionally to move deals to close
- Collaborate with quoting assistants and team leaders to maximize results

- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed in Property & Casualty (required)
Excellent phone presence & closing skills
Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented
Professional and ethical with strong communication skills
Eager to build a long-term career in the insurance industry
