Phase 1: Allstate Producer (Months 0-6)
Work a steady stream of qualified inbound transfers (our marketing pod feeds the phones).
Quote/bind primarily Allstate auto & home (plus renters, umbrella, life), with access to partner carriers when needed.
Phase 2: Team Leader
Lead a hub of 3 Allstate producers
Own daily KPIs: transfers/MA, quotes per opp, close %, cost per bind.
Run huddles, coach call quality, pilot success
Earn base pay and participate in an aggressive compensation plan.

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Requirements
You Bring
Active LA P&C license
1 year Allstate or P&C sales experience preferred; strong phone sales a must.
Competitive, coachable, and obsessed with numbers and improvement.
A clear desire to lead people and grow professionally
Salary : $50,000 - $150,000
