8–10 quotes per day (structured flow)
Consistent follow-up discipline
Minimum 10% close rate expectation
Top performers 15–20%
Requirements
We are ONLY looking for:
Licensed Property & Casualty producers (REQUIRED)
Proven closers in personal lines insurance or similar sales roles
Self-managed, high-discipline performers
People who thrive in commission-driven environments
Professionals who want efficiency over busywork
Salary : $25,000 - $50,000
