Base plus commission and performance bonuses. Motivated producers who work the pipeline, bundle consistently, and follow up on open quotes build toward $50,000$65,000 in year one.

Receive live transfers and quote on the spot
Build bundled auto, home, and renters solutions
Follow up on open quotes with discipline
Meet daily activity and sales targets
Cross-sell and ask for referrals consistently
Document activity in agency systems

An active Louisiana Property and Casualty license is required. Candidates who self-funded their license are exactly who we are looking foryou already know what investing in a career looks like.
Full-time in-office position. Monday through Friday.
