Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team! As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations. Key to success is the ability to communicate effectively with guests, proactively address their needs, and skillfully resolve any concerns or complaints. This is an energetic role that demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Qualifications

• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
