Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables and guest rooms
• Deliver amenities for VIP's - strong attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
• Provide support in food preparation and plating as needed
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
