Company Description
The Cambridge Global Group is offering a unique opportunity for experienced dermatologists to join our practice and build or expand your own independent brand under the support of a professional Management Services Organization (MSO).
We provide a true turnkey platform where the MSO covers 100% of all non-medical expenses — including rent, staffing, billing, marketing, technology, supplies, and administrative operations — allowing you to focus exclusively on clinical excellence and growing your personal practice.
Role Description
This is not a traditional employment role. As an affiliated physician, you will maintain full clinical autonomy and the ability to develop your own patient base and personal brand while benefiting from the infrastructure, resources, and established reputation.
You will deliver high-quality medical and cosmetic dermatology care, including:
- Diagnosis and treatment of general skin conditions
- Personalized treatment plans for acne, anti-aging, skin cancer, and complex cases
- This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Dermatologist position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area
Our model empowers you to build your own practice with complete clinical independence, while the MSO handles all business and operational responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Dermatology
- Established patient base (strongly preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic dermatology, lasers, injectables, or procedural work
- Commitment to delivering outstanding, personalized patient care and safety
- Proficiency in current dermatological and aesthetic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, professional bedside manner
- Active New York State medical license
