The beautifully restored, historic Calvert Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented front desk associate to help welcome guests to our community.
Duties:
- Checking guests in and out,
- making and processing reservations,
- receiving cash and credit card payments,
- assisting guests,
- answering phones,
- working with online travel sites, and
- assisting with other tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours/Available Shifts: 16 hours per week/ Wednesday & Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM
The successful candidate will be adept with computer software, organized, dependable, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Applicants must be capable of multitasking and working independently.
Setting:
- Office setting with frequent public interactions
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 100% of shift
- Lift up to 30 pounds infrequently
