What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Director position at The Caler Group?
This person will have at least 10 years of experience in the Home Improvement, Hardware, or Industrial Channels, dealing with wholesalers, retailers, or large industrial accounts. They will have high inter-personal and communication skills with Customers, reps and employees.
They will be willing to travel and live in the Upstate South Carolina (Greenville) area. This is an in-person position reporting to our office. Position reports directly to President of company.
Job Description:
- Manages the entire Sales Force, including two regional managers, an ECOM sales manager, and 19 Manufacturer’s Rep groups.
- Resposnible for sales of multiple home improvement product lines in the Wholesale, Retail, Paint, Industrial, and E-Commerce channels.
- Top accounts Include Amazon, Orgill, Do it Best, True Value, Mid-States, Rural King, Mills, Blains, House Hasson, Princess Auto, Sutherland Lumber, and Allpro.
- Geographic Areas Covered include the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America.
- Approximately 20% travel.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
