- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365 Cloud, MS Teams, Multi-Factor Authentication
- General LINUX administration ---- is a very strong PLUS
- Experience with VMware vSphere virtualization.
- Strong understanding of email flow and mail security, including routing, spam, malware, and DLP.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.), coupled with experience in configuring, monitoring, and managing firewalls to secure corporate network, enforce access controls, and protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and task scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with physical server hardware, including racking, cabling, hardware diagnostics, and component replacement (disks, memory, power supplies, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in managing server hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical servers, as well as ensuring proper wiring and cabling for optimal performance and reliability.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
