Video Production & Multimedia Internship
Overview
This internship plays a key role in helping the organization grow revenue and strengthen brand presence by producing high‑quality video content and supporting multimedia projects across digital and print channels. This role will be on site at the Beloit office.
Primary Responsibilities
Video Production
- Takes and edits video for key product‑in‑use scenarios, marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
- Supports the development of video concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual sequences in collaboration with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer and Marketing Director.
- Ensures all video content aligns with brand standards, organizational messaging, and audience expectations.
- Assists in capturing photos and other visual media to support video storytelling needs.
- Organizes and manages video files, footage libraries, and version control.
Visual & Multimedia Design
- Assists the Graphic Designer with the production of multimedia assets including website graphics, social media content, email promotional creative, catalogs, trade show materials, banner ads, and print advertising.
- Creates marketing materials that speak to target audiences in an effective, engaging way.
- Helps identify KeyShot image needs and facilitates the process of acquiring new 3D/visual assets.
Marketing Collaboration
- Works with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Director to translate marketing requirements into compelling visual and video campaigns.
- Supports graphic needs for internal communications and company events.
- Assesses current competitor video and visual offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Minimum Education
Recent graduate of, or currently enrolled in, a program related to multimedia production, video editing, graphic design, digital media, or a similar field.
Minimum Work Experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and visual storytelling. Portfolio should showcase how multimedia solutions support business or communication objectives.
Minimum Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of multimedia, print, and digital design principles.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to present creative work to the marketing team and company leadership.
- Photography experience is a plus.
