What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker - Cake Cutter position at The Cake Bake Shop?
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our Production Team
Ideally, this candidate would be well versed in commercial baking and/or have some culinary skill set.
Responsibilities of a Baker:
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen station.
- Preparing workstations for baking.
- Using and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Checking the quality of the ingredients and upholding Brand Standards.
- Preparing baking ingredients using the necessary tools/resources.
- Baking various pastry products, including cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies and other desserts.
Requirements:
- Open Availability Preferred
- Prior baking experience (professional or at home)
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment
- Skilled in various cooking techniques
- Know and follow sanitation procedures
- Showcase teamwork and communication skill
- Showcase great organizational skills
- Able to multitask and act quickly
