What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Maintenance Technician - Multiple Properties position at The Cabot Group?
Responsible for the daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, painting, roofing as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 7 years experience in property maintenance, landscaping, carpentry and general repairs. Background emphasis on HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
WORK STYLE: Energetic, detail oriented, anxious to learn, dependable and hard working. Friendly, team oriented, committed to excellence and world-class service.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a valid, clean NYS Driver's License.
3-6 Week on-call rotation
