Seeking an energetic, highly motivated person to fill the position of maintenance technician. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, benefits, and clean uniforms. We are looking for a skilled, positive and dedicated professional to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work to maintain great curb appeal, well prepared and clean apartment homes, an overall pleasant apartment community and satisfied residents!
- Apartment preparation includes repairing, painting and cleaning apartment units to be move-in ready
- Skills needed: General maintenance repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, appliance repair, snow removal, grounds cleanup, light landscaping, organizational and interpersonal skills, etc.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- On-call rotation every 2-4 weeks is required
- Must have a clean NYS driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder
$1,000 Signing bonus available after 90 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
